Membership Form

The 2016-2017 PTA Membership Form is now available.  Click on the link to access it or download it from the PTA website.  You can get ahead with filling out your beginning of the year paperwork by taking care of this now. (Be sure to add your child's homeroom teacher's name to the form once you get that information.  You want to make sure your child's teacher gets credit for you joining!)

You may turn this form and your $6 dues in at Meet the Teacher Night on Thursday, August 25 (floating schedule from 4:30-6:30 pm).  PTA representatives will be there to assist with any questions you may have.  Please note that you only have to join the PTA once each year for all of your children who attend Powhatan.  Multiple parents (and even grandparents) may join to help show your support for our PTA.

Remember to re-link your Retail card at Harris Teeter so that Powhatan receives rewards for your grocery shopping.  Go to Harristeeter.com click on community, click on together in education, click on link your school and follow directions to link to Powhatan. This has to be renewed every year.  The TIE code is 2272.


Register your Lowe's card at LowesFoods.com, click on rewards, then click  back2schools, then Cart to Class, then click link your school to your card. Have your Lowes card ready.


Collect and send in BoxTops, Labels for Education, and CapriSun juice pouches.
